FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
No Limit Ninja Yonkers is seeking a friendly, engaging, and organized Front Desk Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming Visitors: Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting members with their needs.

Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accurate member information and payments.

Information Dissemination: Provide information about No Limit Ninja's programs, services, and schedules to members and potential customers.

Phone and Email Correspondence: Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly, addressing member inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate departments.

Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks such as data entry, and maintaining cleanliness at the front desk area.

Sales Support: Promote services, events, and products while encouraging potential members to join and participate in No Limit Ninja activities.

Conflict Resolution: Address member concerns and conflicts professionally, seeking solutions to ensure member satisfaction.

Starting Hourly Salary $15 + tips; Salary negotiable based on experience.
